When you begin the game, we highly recommend switching the graphics quality to ‘High’ if it isn’t already, which will allow you to enjoy the best of what Hole.io has to offer.

With that done, it’s time to choose from the game’s wide selection of maps, which now includes ten varied regions from around the world, some of which go back as far as the post-apocalyptic era!

After that, make sure you check out the various skins, which will allow you to choose your favorite color, and as you progress through the game, you’ll unlock several custom styles which will help you stand out among the crowd online.

With that complete, it’s time to consider which game mode suits your preference. The ‘Classic’ format provides two minutes to take the win, where ‘Battle Royale’ will see the final remaining hole clinch the victory.

As you begin the game, you can use the keyboard or mouse, although we advise using the keyboard.

Using the Arrow keys (or WSAD), you’re able to move the black hole, where you need to swallow up anything capable of fitting inside.

You’ll start with smaller items, such as small trees, posts, and pedestrians, and before you know it, you’ll be gobbling up some of the most substantial buildings!

As the game progresses, it becomes increasingly satisfying, and it’s easy to get carried away with ignoring your rivals, but be careful because any black holes more significant than yours will be capable of making you the victim.

On the other hand, if you’re big enough to swallow their black hole, you’ll receive an impressive size increase!
